Let’s see if this thing still starts

So yeah, I haven’t had anything to do with subbing in a while. I haven’t been writing posts regularly for a while either, despite this awesome (and unreliable) hosting I got from koda. My average viewership has declined significantly because of that too! Maybe that’s for the better. But since I got it, I might as well use it!

The amount of anime I’ve been watching is pretty ridiculous. Ridiculous as in it has dropped precipitously in the past year. I used to watch everything, now I watch close to nothing. Most shows don’t appeal to me and the few that do are hard to watch for other reasons. I can’t say I enjoy the subbing community at all nor a lot of the fanbase (hello /m/). I understand it’s fun to be a little barbed in conversation but the community is basically some retarded cesspool of people striving to become the better troll. It’s a big “risk” to even say how you really feel about something, since you might end up being viciously mocked for it. I just don’t care for it anymore.

I did adopt a pair of kittens from a cat rescue. They are cute little things that like to do things that drive me crazy, which I suppose is the raison d’etre of a kitten so I guess that’s alright. One of them is getting pretty bad diarrhea so I guess I’ll have to bring her into the vet to check it out. I don’t have the FTP info to this site so I guess I will have to imageshack this picture.

Oh yeah, I’m playing Elyos on the Siel server with the gg peoples. It’s alright, we’re having fun, even though it is a grindy Korean MMO. The ground textures are total shit but otherwise the game looks pretty good. Server lag is hilarious at times and my ping to the server is pretty shitty on TekSavvy (although their customer service is very helpful.

My last term of Pharmacy school is already one third over. It’s incredible how fast things are going by. Come January I’ll be doing my placements and I’ll be in the workforce by the summer. It’s an exciting time of my life, I suppose, but a lot of things are changing and I hope I’m ready for it. I do so like having money for nice cars.

But yeah, basically, I’m still alive. Maybe I’ll turn this into more of a personal blog, or something.
