Hey eej, this is somewhat off-topic, but I’m also using the carrington-theme. I was wondering how you were able to get the footer to stay on the bottom of the page? On pages in my blog that are shorter, the footer isn’t at the very bottom of the page, it’s a good amount of pixels above the bottom (leaving a large white section below the footer). If you could give me some tips, that’d be appreciated! I think you’ll be able to get my email through this comment somehow.

If you could have a look, that’d be appreciated as well =). I’m not super good at CSS/PHP and stuff >_<. You can see that the footer isn’t at the bottom in the “Uncategorized” page and in the “About” page
what browser are you using I can see the footer at bottom in ie 7 and firefox 3.
I see the footer as well Fire and I’m using Google Chrome.
I compile firefox from the latest mercurial trunk and I can see the footer.
I’m using FireFox 3. How large are your screen resolutions? I’m at 1680×1050 and this is what I see..

The white bar on the bottom is the problem. I’d like the footer to be snapped to the bottom of the page. The weird thing is, if I extend the page by opening the posts on the same page (without going to a new link, if you know what I mean), the footer will then be snapped to the bottom..

And it just extends across the bottom of the screen no white spaces at all.
hmm cant seem to find an easy way to do that i suggest you thief i mean borrow eej stylesheet.
